Innovate PDX aims to provide progressive spaces for a variety of local people in Portland. The building gives families, students, and professionals the spaces their current community is lacking, blending public and private into one activity center. The market and public library provide access to knowledge and opportunity for all and includes micro-storefronts for creatives on the ground level. The co-working levels allow for collaboration across fields, including resource libraries on each floor. The event spaces, street level restaurants, and rooftop bar provide income to the building.
